PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times for physical products will be displayed at checkout when applicable.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product, order volume, shipping destination, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Jesus + Pilates is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
SHIPPING COSTS
Applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed.
From time to time, Jesus + Pilates may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. Any requirements or restrictions will be provided with the applicable promotion.
LOST, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your physical order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help make it right.
If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, or the applicable shipping carrier. You may then contact us if additional assistance is needed.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Returns, exchanges, and refunds for physical products are governed by our Refund + Cancellation Policy.
Please review that policy before making a purchase.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products do not require shipping. This includes Jesus + Pilates workout videos, guides, journal prompts, meal inspiration, downloadable resources, and other digital content.
Access instructions or digital materials will be provided electronically as described on the applicable product page.

EVENT TICKETS
Jesus + Pilates event tickets are not physically shipped.
Your order confirmation serves as confirmation of your purchase unless otherwise stated for a particular event. Please review the individual event listing and any pre-event communications for check-in instructions.
